[CM] Mage

I really hate how in a lot of fantasy media where they treat Mages as these weak framed, and sometimes even weak minded individuals (which makes absolutely no sense what so ever) who are only good for the equivalent of the occasional grenade toss in battle, especially in games!
Now I realize that you do have to put limitations in some form or another because otherwise this would make these guys highly overpowered. But when you reduce a person that can will things into existence and wield the elements with just a thought, into a paper hauling Jackass librarian that seems to have somehow lost his way into a battle! Then you severely f***ed up, and I don't care for an excuse...whatever it turns out to be!
